CLASS TYPES

JUNIORS (UNDER 16s)

Improve fitness, sharpen focus and increase self-esteem while making new friends and having fun.

Classes cater to all abilities. By setting goals and being rewarded for achieving them, the junior classes give students a great boost.

Combining skills such as balance, strength and coordination, with discipline, social interaction and basic self-defence, students are provided with all the skills they need to feel confident in any area of life.

SENIORS (16+)

Whether you are new to Tae Kwon-Do, or have trained before, our adult classes are great for keeping fit, self-defence and meeting new people.

With motivation from instructors and other members, all students are encouraged to share in each other's personal achievements.

We train hard, but we're a friendly bunch and have lots of fun.

Kickboxing sessions do not require students to wear their traditional uniform - comfortable fitness/gym clothing is permitted.
